l’m just a do it myself home detailer for our family vehicles and have been dealing with PAL for 30+yrs.
So that being said I don’t make the big purchases that the pros make, but no matter what my purchases have been I’ve always gotten great service/help for what I’ve needed.
And very happy with the new owners, they are keeping the great standards going.
