Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will determine if it meets our criteria for a valid return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Upon receipt of your item, a thorough inspection will be conducted, and you will be promptly notified of its arrival. Following inspection, we will provide immediate updates on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to process may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their items, as shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the cost of return shipping deducted from it.
