XPC3® Big Finish is designed to work as the final step over all leveling / compound products. Easy to use. TEC551 is a blend of high quality fine abrasives, VOC solvents & oils that allow enough working time to remove micro imperfections from any painted surface, old or new. When used as directed, it will leave the surface clean & glossy. Contains UV absorbers.
